| 抄録(和) | ビデオ会議システムの目標の1つとして「対面場面と同等なコミュニケーション環境の実現」が挙げられる。その目標のもとに開発されているt-Roomは、会話相手に対して弁別的に非言語行動を表出できるという特性を有している。本研究では、非言語行動の表出量(頻度、時間)と会話相手への配分が他者からの印象評定に与える影響について検討した。視線に関しては、表出や配分による影響はみられず、会話条件の影響が強かった。対面条件での会話場面の方がt-Room条件よりも好印象であった。うなずきでは、対面条件においてズレの小ささが好印象と関連していたが、t-Room条件ではズレの小ささが好印象に結び付かないことが示された。この結果について非言語行動の機能と課題の特徴から考察を行った。 |
| 抄録(英) | One of the crucial aims for video-conferencing systems is to achieve the environment similar to face-to-face communication. t-Room was developed to fulfill such aim and has characteristics where people can selectively expressive themselves nonverbally. In the present study, we investigated how the amount of nonverbal behavior (i.e., duration, frequency) and its distribution to each conversational partner would influence interpersonal impression. The results showed that the amount of gaze and its distribution did not but experimental condition of conversation did influence expressers' impression, and those who conversed face-to-face were more positively rated than those in t-Room. Also, the difference in the distribution of nodding influenced impression; the smaller the difference was, the more positively rated expressers were. This effect was only found among face-to-face condition. The implication of the results was discussed in terms of the nonverbal behavior and the nature of given task. |
