Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we develop a headset-type motion capture device by an acceleration sensor and gyro sensor, and CG character which moves based on talker's motion and generates motion automatically based on talker's voice. And we propose the concept of an embodied video chat system in which CG character is superimposed on the other talker's video image in face-to-face scene, and develop the prototype called "E-VChat" system.
