Abstract(in English) From 30 years ago, we are in the age of knowledge innovation and information after that of mass production. In this age, it is indispensable to solve the practical problems of society and industries with information and communication systems which make the best use of innovated knowledge and information. However, we have the problems of requirement analysis, architectural design, project management and so on in the sector of software development. These problems are mainly concerned to the practical knowledge of application domains and system implementation itself. Therefore, by referring philosophical theories, this article describes the needs-oriented matters of software engineering which presently seem to be important in the author's experience of development, research and university education over 40 years.
