Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) As for the automotive connector, the miniaturization and multipolarization are advanced attendant upon making electronic in automobile. Furthermore, decrease of insertion force for connector mating is required in order to raise the Lab or effectiveness. The contact oil is one of the solutions, and it is also effective for the fretting corrosion. In this study, the influence of hydrocarbon chemical compound oil on contact resistance and time change of contact resistance at low contact load were examined. As results, in case of over 0.2N load no influence of oil was obtained on contact resistance. But on the one hand, in case of below 0.1N load the influence of the oil for contact resistance immediately after the contacting is observed. After 1800 seconds elapsing, no influence of the oil for contact resistance is observed.
