Extraction and analysis of hart rate from pulse waveform in brain functional measurement by near-infrared spectroscopy

Abstract(in English) We propose a method to monitoring the state of mind by using the data of brain functional measurement by near-infrared spectroscopy. We developed an algorithm of extracting the heart rate from the brain functional measurement data. The algorithm consists of the CIC filter, the moving average filter and the peak detecting program. We applied the algorithm during the 'Sudoku' task and its effectiveness was observed.
