Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This study examined inhibitory activity in the orbitofrontal cortex in response to deep brain stimulation targeted on nucleus accumbens and the parameter values such as its magnitude and period. We modeled pyramidal neurons and inhibitory neuron with GABAergic receptors and connected them with a nucleus accumbens model neuron. As a result of numerical experiments, larger magnitude and period, tends to induce higher inhibitory effect. And We understood that the state of GABAergic receptor affect to inhibitory activity on orbitofrontal cortex.
