Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Seizure of the epilepsy varies widely depending on the individual patients. In this research, in order to study the mechanism of the seizure of the epilepsy, freak waves (or spice) in the electroencephalogram (EEG) of hippocammus is mainly investigated. As an example of previous research works, although a comparative neuron model for the epilepsy seizure simulation model and actual measurement value for hippocampus is already intensively studied, the corresponding mechanism for a concern of whether the neuron circuit model can be applied for a small scale regularly measurement of EEG not clearly understand yet. Hence, the present paper aims to propose and construct a micro model for re-observing the characteristics of ictal EEG. From the observatory data of epilepsy patients, focusing on the information of before and after the ictal EEG, an applicablility for an auto-regression model the characteristics of ictal EEG is studied.
