| 抄録(和) | てんかん患者に見られる発作は患者によって様々であり,そのメカニズムを明らかにするため,脳波上の異常波検出または海馬を中心とした研究が行われている.従来の研究例として海馬に限定したてんかん発作モデルと実測値を比較したニューロンモデルがあるが,神経回路モデルが小規模で通常計測したEEGに対応するかどうか疑問が残っており,いまだそのメカニズムに関する議論が収束していない.そこで我々は発作時脳波の特徴を再現できる微細モデルの構築を目指し,まずてんかん症状を持つ患者の実データを用いて,発作直前と発作が起こっている区間に着目し,自己回帰モデルに当てはめ発作時脳波の特徴を分析した. |
| 抄録(英) | Seizure of the epilepsy varies widely depending on the individual patients. In this research, in order to study the mechanism of the seizure of the epilepsy, freak waves (or spice) in the electroencephalogram (EEG) of hippocammus is mainly investigated. As an example of previous research works, although a comparative neuron model for the epilepsy seizure simulation model and actual measurement value for hippocampus is already intensively studied, the corresponding mechanism for a concern of whether the neuron circuit model can be applied for a small scale regularly measurement of EEG not clearly understand yet. Hence, the present paper aims to propose and construct a micro model for re-observing the characteristics of ictal EEG. From the observatory data of epilepsy patients, focusing on the information of before and after the ictal EEG, an applicablility for an auto-regression model the characteristics of ictal EEG is studied. |
