Abstract(in English) | When we introduce new goods to customers using the presentation slide, to include episodes by which customers can imagine their usefulness is important. However, it is sometimes difficult for authors to generate episodes by themselves. On the otherhand, customer review sites in the web contain plenty number of episodes and they can be used as episodes of their goods. Therefore, the objective of our research is to construct the system which extracts various reviews from the customer review sites that are appropriate to appealing the inputted component. In reviews, representation of the target component is different even in the same episode. In order to detect the same episode of the different components, the dictionary of goods which represents inclusive relations of their components are introduced. By searching not only inputted component but also its included components as keywords, various episodes that relate to the inputted component can be detected. In addition, in order to avoid representing various reviews of the same contents, the method for calculating the similarity between reviews is proposed. By classifying similar reviews as one group and do not show all of them, authors can find remarkable reviews easily. |
