Abstract(in English) This paper describes design and development of a graphical simulator in order to understand practically routing mechanism of TCP/IP protocols. An aim of this study is to improve Network studying for beginners in Higher education. This simulator is intended for network literacy learning. It is much more necessary to learn Network literacy as information literacy is getting focused in the higher education. In this paper, we discuss the problems in the graphical simulator and propose improvement of solve these problems.
