| Abstract(in English) | SSD (Solid State Drive) has spread, and SSD has cache memoly to reduce the access time from external machines.But there is a problem of erasing data on cache memory when power interruption has happened. In this paper, I explain the failure of SSD to power interruption, and propose the raising in reliance of SSD. |
