Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) For the distribution of digital content, Japanese copyright law has two systems of compensation for private sound and visual recordings and the avoidance of technical protection measures are provided. However, these two systems cause complex situations with technical advances. The actual dispute has now arisen. In this study, based on these two systems, we analyze digital contents situation with using a conjoint analysis of preference for the costumers. In this paper, we deal music contents as an example.
