Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we propose a task mapping method for AMP multi-core processors. In this method, weights of the dependencies between descendent tasks are previously controlled to avoid tasks related to these dependencies locating another cores, and total cost of weighted dependencies between cores is minimized by mapping algorithm. By this method, core idle time caused by inter-core dependencies can be improved. The result with 50 task sets with about 20, 30, and 40 tasks each shows that, proposed method achieved 19.5% reduction of core idle time compared with minimization method of inter-core dependencies.
