Abstract(in English) Japan is a super aging society now. It is indispensable for the health maintenance of an elderly person with the grasp and improvement of the eating habits. Therefore, we have developed the simple nutrition management system using a slate-type PC for elderly person. The feature of this system is simple records content of each meal roughly. A user can check the nutrition situation and read messages from a dietician and his/her friend. We estimated the usefulness and the problem of this system when it used in the long run. At this time, the subjects were two elderly people. It was to some extent effective to prevent an omission in record that a function for checking the record of the meal for one day. The messages relieved the subjects and encouraged continuation of the use.
