| 抄録(和) | 本研究では,重度障害者用意思伝達装置の継続的な利用を可能とする支援体制整備のあり方を検討することを目的とし,重度身体障害者へコミュニケーション支援を実施している団体へ調査を実施した.その結果,1)意思伝達装置を継続的に利用するためには,導入前・後に機器の貸出,スイッチの適合・再適合,機器の設定,操作練習等多様な支援が必要とされていること,2)意思伝達装置販売事業者は,上記支援に大きな役割を果たしているものの,これらの支援の実施は現行の補装具費給付制度のもとでは事業者の大きな負担となっていること,3)支援体制の整備を図る上で,公的機関のリハ専門職,販売事業者,パソボラによる支援の役割分担を検討すべきこと,が示唆された. |
| 抄録(英) | We report the result of survey of support organizations for communication of people with disabilities to expose issue in improvement of support system for the use of communication devices for people with disabilities. The result showed: 1) People with disabilities needed many supports such as rental service, adaptation for switch, instrument setup, and training of operation before and after communication devices intervention, 2) Communication device dealers had important critical roles in implementation of these supports, but dealers shouldered an enormous burden under present system of the supply of the prosthetic appliances, 3) To improve support system for the use of communication devices for people with disabilities, distribution of roles about support between experts about rehabilitation in public sector, dealers and volunteer computer supporters must be explored. |
