Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The gene regulatory networks show a correlation among gene expression. A lot of method to describe gene regulatory networks have been developed. A method with a neural network is proposed a method to infer this gene regulatory network. This method is influenced greatly by the measurement error included in gene expression data DNA microarrays. Therefore it became the cause that decline the accuracy of the inference result. For this reason, we have proposed the method to improvement, and we showed the validity of the proposed method by simulations. As a result, The our proposed method was also effective in the inference using data that contains the error. It has not shown that the validity to infer gene regulatory networks using data from DNA microarrays. So, we show the validity of the proposed method by inferring the gene regulatory network using data from DNA microarrays.
