Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper proposes H-shaped Electronically Steerable Parasitic Array Radiator (ESPAR) antenna for use in ITS roadside stations. We investigate antenna structure and reactance set which show maximum directivity gain and FBR. As the results, directivity gain shows 7.6dBi and FBR shows 9.2dB, when controlled to maximize the directivity gain. Keeping the same structure, directivity gain shows 7.1dBi and maximum FBR shows 22dB, when controlled to maximize FBR. We compare the H-shaped ESPAR antenna and the 2-element Yagi-Uda antenna. Directivity gain increases by 1.1dB. FBR increases by 7.8dB.
