Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This study discusses the reduction effect of the common mode current in power converter circuit using switching semiconductor device by the circuit element arrangements, which balances the impedance on the forward and return paths of current. This paper focuses on a boost converter as the power converter circuit, and presents the results of the common mode current reduction effect by symmetrizing the inductance of smoothing inductor and the parasitic capacitance between drain of MOS-FET and heat sink in the boost converter, respectively.
