Abstract(in English) With growth of virtualization technology, virtual machine(VM) or virtual network(VNW) have been widly used in cloud environment. Generally in cloud environment, we use management system such as Openstack or Eucalyptus to manage virtual machines or virtual networks. Management system consists of several server groups of various roles. These system are centralized control system. Centralized control system require access to a particular server and network management, so it tends to be subject to the influence of the delay at the time of congestion. Also in centralized control system, data is collected on the management server, so the influence of the management server obstacle is great. So we propose distributed autonomous system for the purpose of decrease congestion and management server obstacle risks.
