| 抄録(和) | 緊急時には,優先電話に支障を与えずに,一般電話をより多く収容可能な通信制御が望ましい.また,一般電話をさらに多く収容する方策として,一般電話利用者への通話時間短縮の啓蒙活動が考えられ,これには,収容数増大効果の定量的な提示が有効である.そこで本研究では,M_1M_2/M_1M_2/s/s待ち行列システムとして電話の回線交換機をモデル化し,優先電話を必要数確保した上で,一般電話を最大数収容可能とする最適閾値を理論的に導出する.さらにこの閾値を用いた場合の,一般電話の通話時間短縮による一般電話収容数増大効果に関して,特性解析を行う.数値解析により,この最適閾値を用いることで,従来の閾値設定と比較して,一般電話収容数の増加,もしくは優先電話の適切な必要数確保可能であることを示す.さらに,一般電話通話時間短縮による一般電話収容数増大効果を,数値解析により示し,一般電話の通話時間短縮が有効となるトラヒック条件を明らかにする. |
| 抄録(英) | Under emergency condition, call admission control is required to accommodate more general telephone calls while accommodating the minimum necessary number of emergency telephone calls. Moreover, in order to increase the number of accommodated general telephone calls, it is important to encourage general telephone users to reduce holding time. In this paper, we propose the optimal trunk reservation method which maximizes the number of accommodated general telephone calls, while accommodating the minimum necessary number of emergency telephone calls. Then, we compare the blocking rate by using the proposed method with one by using the conventional method, and analyze the characteristic of blocking rate when the holding time reduce. By this comparison, we show that the number of general telephone calls can be increased, or guarantee the minimum necessary number of accommodated emergency telephone calls can be achieved by using our method. Moreover, by this characteristic analysis, we can reveal the effective traffic conditions that the blocking rate of general telephone calls decrease by reducing the holding time. |
