Proposal for Use Cases of Mitigation Information Services Assumed Urban Disaster

Abstract(in English) When a major earthquake has occurred in the metropolitan area, it is difficult to communicate due to damage to network infrastructures. Once such disaster has been happened, it is important to indicate people to move the evacuate area, act to recover urban functions. However, conflicting information and communication failure might be happened, because they cannot point to smooth the transmission of disaster risk reduction information. In this paper, we propose the use cases which come from an analysis of information services based on the damage situation of earthquake disaster that are intended to disasters in urban areas. And we also propose the mitigation information system and it's applications to realize these use cases.
