Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper describes my own inquiry in respect to mathematical models in the principles of service. The mathematical models are expected to help the roles of human beings in real-life services. They can assume the roles by being implemented in the logistics of the service systems as computer programs. The real challenge is to gain sufficient confidence in them. The key is to have them being structured and limited in order to have the models understood correctly by the person who plans to adapt them as part of their core business structure, which will naturally lead us to the life-cycle management of mathematical models.
