Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The efficiency of multiple RANs utilization can be improved by considering the degree of congestion of each AP/BS in the heterogeneous network environment. In this paper, we propose an optimization method how to allocate the demands of communication to the most suitable RAN using RAN context information. We also show the results of the experimental evaluation of the proposed method on open wireless testbed composed of carrier-grade commercial systems to show the feasibility and the superior performance of the proposed method.
