Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In 2.4 GHz ISM band, multiple wireless communication systems, such as wireless LAN and Bluetooth, are autonomously and distributedly operated. In this situation, uncoordinated setting of operating frequencies and inter-system interference cause fragmented spectral resources which cannot be utilized by the legacy systems. To overcome this problem, the authors have studied a new wireless communication system based on dynamic spectrum access technique for targeting efficient spectrum usage and spectrum sharing among multiple wireless communication systems. This paper introduces an overview of this study and some research results.
