Abstract(in English) We developed an optical wavelength selective switch (WSS) with dynamic control function of channel center frequency and bandwidth. The insertion loss was less than -6.5 dB, PDL was less than 0.4dB and the attenuation level was enabled to vary from 0 dB to 15dB with a setting accuracy of 0.1 dB. We explain the basic structure and the optical design in detail, and report optical properties, hermetic experiments, and signal transmission simulations.
