Abstract(in English) | Communities in the organization are always changing by their business policy, performance or projects. There are situations where nodes are affected by communities and communities are also affected by nodes. Therefore, these situation cannot ignore in the social network analysis. In this paper, we apply Affiliation Network, which considers "duality of individuals and groups", on the analysis of the organization activity. And we propose the evaluation method based on an affiliation network. Using the real e-mail data of the organization, it is shown that our proposal method is effective for analyzing the social network. |
