| Abstract(in English) | The outline of safety tests necessary for developing pesticides that do not cause an impossible adverse effect to human health and environment is described. In addition, it explains how Food Safety Commission decides what level of the pesticide residue is safe. For the pesticide after registration, it is investigated whether the residue levels found in food are usually below the tolerance levels. |
