Separability snake driven with particle filter for tracking a microorganism

Abstract(in English) This paper proposes an effective method for tracking the contour of a microorganism using separability snake, which is driven with the framework of particle filter. The validity of our method is shown through the evaluation experiments using microscope image of microorganism.
