Improvement of the Speaker-direction Detection Method under Mechanical Noises using the Phase Segregation of SAFIA

Abstract(in English) This paper describes an improvement of SAFIA-based speaker-direction detection method in our previous work. The system detects the direction continuously taking the phase characteristics into account. The experiments show that the histogram of regression coefficients for shifted local bands is effective to detect the speaker direction.
