| 抄録(和) | 高等教育機関で学ぶ障害学生の実態については,長らく在籍人数といった基本的な統計もない状況にあった.2005年に日本学生支援機構が国の行政機関として初めて,障害学生の修学支援に関する実態調査を行い,障害学生支援がにわかに注目を集め始めている.高等教育機関に在籍する聴覚障害学生は増加傾向にあり,彼らを支援する学生もまた,少しずつ増えていると言える.一方で,現場における聴覚障害学生の実態はほとんどわかっていないとの指摘がある.そこで,我々は聴覚障害学生と支援学生を対象としたインタビュー調査に取り組んできた.本稿では,調査によって得られた知見を元に聴覚障害学生支援における支援技術や機器の適用について考察する. |
| 抄録(英) | When it comes to the real picture of disabled students studying at higher education institutions, the situation has been that for a long time there was not even so much as basic statistics regarding the number of students enrolled. In 2005, JASSO carried out factual investigations regarding learning assistance for handicapped students; as such, support for handicapped students abruptly gathered much attention. However on the other hand, there is also the point from parties involved that the actual reality faced by students with hearing disabilities when in the institutions is largely not understood at all. Accordingly, I engaged in interview surveys targeting students with hearing disabilities and students that support them. In this document, I will discuss the current state of support for students with hearing disabilities, and the adoption of supportive techniques and assistive devices, based on the knowledge obtained from my survey. |
