| Abstract(in English) | The iPod touch and iPad educational project of Kochi National College of Technology is supported by the Program for Promoting University Education and Student Support under the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology in Japan. Through this grant, all 905 students have been supplied with iPod touch units and 66 teachers with iPad2s. The existing campus-wide wireless network provides numerous services and Internet access to all of these devices. In this study, we developed the application "eTotal" which has the functions of automatic counting and real time totaling display for student responses in class using mobile wireless devices. |
