Abstract(in English) SNS services using the Internet are more popular than ever. Among them the number f users for FaceBook and Twitter are exploding. In addition, new services used photos and location information like as 'instagram', 'Foursqure' are appeared. However there is no service that users can browse to the activity and post for the information around their current location easily. Therefore, we developed the participatory system with a high regard for location information.
