Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The demonstration by using the engineering model of the Small Optical Transponder (SOTA-EM) is introduced with the used equipment and the measurement results. Two experimental cases where the SOTA-EM and its counter-terminal are set within a short distance, and they are placed in the distance of about 8.5km are conducted, respectively. With those results, the acquisition and tracking function and the optical alignment between the transmission axis and the reception axis are confirmed.
