Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this article we propose a transmitter and receiver structure of a Single Carrier-MIMO Frequency Division Multiple Access (SC-MIMO FDMA) Communication system using Tomlinson-Harashima Precoding (THP) scheme as a precoder. SC-FDMA is a promising physical layer scheme for uplink of next generation communication systems, and SC-MIMO FDMA schemes are being studied to increase uplink capacity. The SC-MIMO FDMA enables us the use of frequency domain ZF or MMSE decoders as MIMO decoders; however, these linear decoders suffer from performance degradation. On the other hand, if it were allowed to share the channel information between transmitter and receiver, the receiver performance could be improved with the same complexity as the linear decoders. In order to realize this consideration we focus on the THP, and introduce a transmitter and receiver structure for the SC-MIMO FDMA. Finally several computer simulation results will show the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
