Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The ILS Collision Risk Model (CRM) was developed from late 1960s to early 1970s, to evaluate a risk or collision probability for individual obstacles when tracking the localizer and glide path in the final approach and when executing the missed approach. The existing CRM does not adequately reflect performances of current aircrafts and GBAS approach/landing systems. Since current aircraft performance is better than the aircraft at that time, it is expected to improve the ILS CRM by reflecting new evaluation to the theoretical height loss model during the missed approach. In this paper, we evaluate the height loss during the missed approach in comparison between the theoretical height loss model and current flight simulators.
