Abstract(in English) Access systems based on synchronous Ethernet(SyncE) have been developed and frequency synchronization characteristics has been evaluated. These systems employ clock cards in OUT, which synchronize to PRC signal and provide internal synchronized clock signals to OSUs. By employing SyncE for OSUs and ONUs, UNI signal achieved frequency synchronization to PRC with efficient high precision. These systems also support ESMC messages as SSMs.
