Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In order to observe the structures inside medaka, we reconstruct 3D images of medaka from 2D images of serial histological specimens taken with light microscope. The aim of the trial is the 3D images can be the standard of normal histology of medaka. We registered images of serially sectioned specimens by making use of a marker. Estimating weather reconstructed 3D images is available as reference model, we compared them with MRM 3D images. In this paper, we report the process of reconstructing 3D images of medaka, and the result of its comparison with MRM images.
