Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We proposed the virus detection with gene amplification method which was also detectable from very small quantity of a virus. It aimed at the application to the nucleic acid amplification test (NAT) used in order to secure the safety of the blood for transfusion which Japanese Red Cross Society was employing. We designed a viral detection consisting of the metal coated hollow fiber membrane and reverse transcription loop-mediated isothermal amplification. In this report, we tried to detect RNA virus from human plasma sample. As a result, this viral detection could detect virus from blood stock and not influenced by human plasma sample.
