Abstract(in English) This paper investigated the capacitive sensing circuit of Single-layered Hybrid Capacitive Touch Panel which we proposed. A capacitive sensing circuit is constituted by a current detecting circuit, a rectifier and filter circuit, etc. Since floating capacitance with the finger is grounded by the body, high side current detection using a current sensing resistor is required. In the capacitive sensing circuit block, we investigated the optimization of a circuit and the influence on touch detection accuracy by the SPICE simulation and trial production experiment.
