Abstract(in English) Microwave assisted magnetization reversal has potential application in future magnetic recording. Bertotti et al. theoretically analyzed MAMR process taking a single spin at 0 K, which showed the LLG equation can be written in other forms. The equations allow three solutions "stable", "unstable" and "saddle". However, the theory cannot be applied to single spin with incident angle, θ, between anisotropy axis and DC reverse field, H_, or ECC grain. In this study, MAMR properties in a single-domain particle were simulated solving the Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert equation taking account of temperature elevation due to ferro-magnetic resonance and distributions of the regions obtained by three solutions were estimated for ECC grain.
