Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Tunable wavelength lasers without mode hopping have been developed for both high-speed wavelength switching and stable operation. In this paper, several kind of mode-hop-free tunable lasers were presented. In particular, tunable distributed amplification (TDA-) DFB laser array was described, which can cover a wavelength range of over 40 nm.
