Abstract(in English) We proposed the heterogeneous integration of high-speed InP PDs on a silica-based PLC platform. A high-speed photo-detection (f_<3dB>:26.5 GHz) and a low-loss optical coupling between PLC and PD (0.8 dB) were successfully realized. Then, 28 Gbaud QPSK signal detection was demonstrated using a coherent detector integrated with four PDs and a 90-degree optical hybrid.
