Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Regional WiMAX is known as a high-speed wireless access technology that the local government can introduce for the purpose of the digital divide solution. We have been clarified that WiMAX is very effective for the digital divide solution by the field trial of convergence of communication and broadcasting based on Radio-over-Fiber (RoF). In such system, it is expected that if the signal of one base station is radiated from two or more RoF access points, the low cost and high flexibility can be achieved. Thus, it is necessary to consider the influence of the interference for the further development. In this paper, the effectiveness of the proposal system is evaluated by throughput and RSSI measurement when distributing it to two base stations with RoF.
