Abstract(in English) Uneven heating is problem for using microwave oven. Elliptical patch antenna with circular polarization was designed to reduce uneven heating with circular polarization. We make a comparison between linear polarization and circular polarization by electric field distribution and absorption power distribution in a sample. In its results, we confirm circular polarization improves absorption power distribution quantitatively.
