Abstract(in English) Due to the expected mass deployment of millimeter-waves technologies, millimeter-wave-induced biological and health effects should be carefully assessed. The purpose of this study is the development of millimeter-waves in-vitro exposure apparatus by numerical analysis. To consider non-thermal effects,this apparatus solves problems about removal of thermal effects and repeatibility. The number of cells which are needed by the statistical treatment can be exposed. And it almost meets the demands of the uniformity of the electromagnetic field distribution that the cells are exposed.
