Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) With the widespread of the Internet in recent years, various technical systems have been developed for improving security. Then users have to use many passwords corresponding to the network systems and services. As password setting operation is tedious and cumbersome for users, careful handling is needed to avoid various troubles and damage. In this paper, we present the outline of the new one-time authentication system using Android mobile phone with FeliCa chip. If this new authentication system is introduced, users don't need to put passwords in the system. Authentication tokens are generated randomly and transferred via FeliCa to mobile phone to the authentication server. The experiments of the new authentication prototype system show good results and the possibility of the automatic password setting can be confirmed.
