Abstract(in English) In this paper, we have proposed a new communication support system with area one-segment broadcasting for hearing impaired. Proposed support system delivers sign language interpreting or lecture videos added with real-time captioning to hearing impaired. By using this system, user can receive an interpreter image by apparatus on hand such as a mobile phone with a one-segment broadcasting reception function. Moreover, it is expected that the system is able to distribute the information stable to many users by using broadcast. We describe the outline of the system and the results of a questionnaire.
