Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper introduces some possible applications of cognitive radio techniques to the next generation cellular communication systems, which are studied in the research project "Research and development of radio resource control technologies among multiple radio systems on the same frequency band" organized by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Japan. Moreover, some possible scenarios described in a new ITU-R report "Cognitive radio systems specific for IMT system" are also outlined.
