Abstract(in English) The current production sites requiring 24x7 operation time, risk has become a reality as human dependency by lack of documentation, high trouble probability by lack of skills, and business continuity risk by retirement or transfer of members. In this paper, 1. Classification of the operation document by described contents, 2. Structured documentation by considering the classification. And study a qualitative study about the suppressive effects of operational convenience and created and maintained cost of the operation document.
