Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In recent years, the growth of smartphones, tablet devices and cloud services enables the users to connect the Internet anytime. Network traffic characteristics, which are observed on the network interface card of each device, must have some tendencies depending on the user's operation. Therefore, suitable services for each user can be provided by inferring the user's activity from the network traffic. In this paper, possibilities of discriminating applications that the user is utilizing will be discussed based on the periodicity of network traffic analyzed by FFT and auto correlation technique.
